Plantec Assist have an in-house specialist team that completes all estimates within 48 hours of the bike being received.

Our expertise and experience is such that many insurers will instruct repairs without requirement to inspect the motorcycle, increasing the speed of repair and reducing the hire time required. 

In all cases we operate a repair rather than replace policy to make the repair as viable as possible. Motorcyclists are typically emotionally attached to their bikes and would prefer to have their own fixed and returned, so we do our best to deliver.

If a motorcycle is deemed a total loss, then our specialists can provide pre-accident valuation and assist your policyholder through settlement negotiations.
