Plantec has won the Best Use of Customer Feedback Award at the prestigious UK Customer Excellence Awards.
The awards, which were held virtually last week, honour businesses that put their customers first and at the heart of their product offering, providing a firm ‘seal of approval’ for everyone in the claims and insurance industry and their customers.
The Best Use of Customer Feedback Award was awarded to Plantec for its exceptional utilisation of customer feedback to improve its service offering to customers. This was also demonstrable through its successful customer retention rate.
